• Personalized results identifying primary and secondary archetypes
• Shareable results pages with radar chart visualization
• Organization-scoped analytics for enterprise users (paid feature, future)

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Not interfere with Service infrastructure
• Maintain account credential confidentiality

• No discriminatory use of assessment results
• Informing team members that results may be visible to admins
• Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

8. Termination

We may terminate access:

• Immediately, without notice
• For Terms violations
• For conduct harmful to users or third parties

Surviving provisions include IP rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

9. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: State of Oregon, United States
• Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon
• Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction
