1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AI Archetype Quiz ("Service"), users agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
The AI Archetype Quiz is a free assessment tool providing:
- Self-assessment questionnaire based on 11 research-backed AI workplace archetypes
- Personalized results identifying primary and secondary archetypes
- Shareable results pages with radar chart visualization
- Organization-scoped analytics for enterprise users (paid feature, future)
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Not attempt unauthorized access
- Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Not interfere with Service infrastructure
- Maintain account credential confidentiality
4. Intellectual Property
Owned by Ask The Human
- 11 AI Archetypes methodology
- Scoring algorithms
- Assessment questions
- Site design and content
User Rights
- Users may share their personal results for non-commercial purposes
- Results pages are shareable via unique URLs
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of results
- Uninterrupted operation
Important: The archetype assessment is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT:
- • A psychological evaluation
- • A basis for employment decisions
- • A substitute for professional advice
6. Limitation of Liability
Ask The Human liability is limited to:
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Maximum liability: Lesser of $100 USD or amount paid in preceding 12 months
7. Organization Accounts
Organizations using the Service agree to:
- Responsibility for all account activity
- No discriminatory use of assessment results
- Informing team members that results may be visible to admins
- Compliance with applicable data protection regulations
8. Termination
We may terminate access:
- Immediately, without notice
- For Terms violations
- For conduct harmful to users or third parties
Surviving provisions include IP rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
9. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: State of Oregon, United States
- Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon
- Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction
